The CID Board has 2 groups.

These groups talk to the Board about important things.

You need to be a CID member with intellectual disability to join the groups.

If you are not a member you can become a member at the link.

Advocacy is speaking up about the big issues.

CID has an advocacy group.

The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

You do not need to be in Sydney to join.

You can come to meetings online and in person.

The Advocacy Group gets involved with things like

• CID campaigns

• Writing to the government

• Meeting with Members of Parliament

Learn 2 Lead is for people who want to be leaders. 

At the group you learn to do things like 

• Learn leadership skills 
• Use leadership skills in the community 

Learn 2 Lead is a group that runs every month at CID 

You can come to the group online and in person.
