Palliative Care

The Palliative Care project will help people with intellectual disability make meaningful choices at the end of their lives. We will have workshops and resources for people with intellectual disability and health workers.

  • Making meaningful choices

    The project will help people with intellectual disability to

    • know more about palliative care
    • know more about end of life planning and healthcare
    • get good support.

  • Information for health workers

    The project will help health workers to

    • support people with intellectual disability
    • talk to people with intellectual disability about palliative care
    • help people with intellectual disability do end of life planning
    • support people with intellectual disability in end of life healthcare.
