-
CID wrote this during COVID lockdowns.
-
Some of this information has changed now.
-
This is still on our website to show what CID was doing during COVID lockdowns.
-
The NSW Government has new rules for picnics and meeting outdoors.
-
These rules are only for fully vaccinated people.
Fully vaccinated means you have had 2 jabs.
-
You can meet in groups of up to five people.
The five people can be adults and children over 16.
All adults must be vaccinated.
-
Children under 16 can be with you.
They do not count in the number.
For example there could be 5 adults and 3 children under 16.
This would be OK.
-
You can not meet in your home.
You must meet inside your LGA or within 5 kilometres from home.
-
If the police ask you will need to show them identification with your name and address.
You will need to show them proof you have been vaccinated.
If you don’t you could be fined.
-
