There are a lot of dating sites and apps to choose from. Some of them are for everyone. Some of them are just for people with disability.
You can get dating apps for your computer or mobile phone.
Some dating sites and apps cost money. Make sure you know what you have to pay.
Making a profile
Before you start using the app you need to make a profile.
Think about
- the things you like to do
- interesting or fun things about you
- how you would talk about yourself
- what kind of person you want to meet.
You need a photo of yourself for your profile. Pick a photo you like.
You can ask someone you trust to help you.

When you meet in person
It is great if you want to meet up with someone who you met online.
When you meet up
