Young Leaders focus groups

CID is running focus groups for young people with intellectual disability.

Young people are aged 15 to 25.

The young people in the focus groups help CID build a Young Leaders Program.

Young people have talked about times when they

- Tried new things

- Set goals.

We want to hear from more young people.

There are 2 more focus groups.

They are from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on
- Wednesday 2 July
- Wednesday 16 July.

CID staff at the National Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability Health conference

CYDA photoshoot

Children and Young People with Disability Australia works with children and young people with disability.
We say CYDA for short.

CYDA is making new videos and resources for families of young children with disability.

They want families to be part of a photo and video shoot in Sydney on Thursday 17 July.

They want to take photos and videos of families with at least one child who
- Has a disability
- Is aged 0 to 7.

Families who are chosen for the photo and video shoot will get $200.
