My Body My Choices cards

The My Body My Choices cards were made by women with intellectual disability.
These cards help women talk about
- their body
- their relationships
- how to stay healthy.
The My Body My Choices cards help health professionals to communicate with women with intellectual disability in a more inclusive way.
The cards can also help family members and support workers to have conversations with women with intellectual disability about their sexual and reproductive health and safe relationships.
These cards are made for women. They have pictures that might make some people uncomfortable.
