Video transcript:
I was born to run and running clears my head and it makes me feel nice and free out there in the opening in the Nullabor highway. I enjoyed because it was the 90 miles straight long and you can look back and say that’s where I ran.
I have a good life because I get out in the community. I live by myself and also I come to my mum’s every Fridays. I go to the airport on Tuesdays for volunteer work. I like going dancing every Friday nights, going out for meals with my support people. On Thursdays I go to see Don my counsellor. I experienced depression that’s the black pit it’s got a ladder that I climb out and then the tick one is when I really have my good days. I do have a good support team, Shannon’s my support person who takes me out to places.
