Our More than Just a Job for Business training shares these documented discussions to explore these themes along with practical solutions on how to be more confident to support someone with intellectual disability in the workplace. Solutions that are explored include effective communication within the workplace, how to make reasonable adjustments within the workplace and how to develop accessible recruitment processes.
