What I like to do to keep active is
- Go for bike rides
- Go for walks
- And weights
It’s important for me to stay active during isolation.
Fortunately my gym, Sky PT, puts regular classes on at 12 o’clock, which go for half an hour.
When I’m not doing one of their good workouts I always enjoy going for a long walk.
I have got lots of beautiful areas to walk to, numerous beaches to walk to.
I can always just put my music on and tune out and get in a good workout.
In this time of isolation I like to go for walks around the local streets to get exercise.
