The End of Life project will help people with intellectual disability make meaningful end-of-life choices. We will have workshops and resources for people with intellectual disability and health workers.

- support people with intellectual disability
- talk to people with intellectual disability about palliative care
- help people with intellectual disability do end of life planning
- support people with intellectual disability in end of life healthcare.
